Together with the Internal Equal Justice Project at SCI-Phoenix, the mission of the external legal redress committee is an conventionally approach to fighting against the unconstitutional practices by governmental institutions responsible for protecting the fairness of Pennsylvania's Criminal Justice Systems. It is this Project's belief that a constitutional crisis exists in Pennsylvania and creative legal actions must be taken to expose, challenge, and ultimately prevent further erosion of our constitutional protections and the erosion of legal processes that are required to assure fairness and correction of wrongdoings. As a startup platform, we are seeking sponsorship, law firm partnerships, legal scholars guidance, ex-judges and ex-district attorneys viewpoints , and experienced litigators to help us face head-on the assault on state and federal constitutions.
